This October, any online order (large or small) will put you in the running to win an experience of your choice valued up to $200. Whether it be a 2 hour Americas Cup Sailing experience for one, or a scenic Cruise on lake Taupo for a family of four....the options are endless!
Chart your course by logging into your account and start making those purchases - every purchase counts! But remember, you only have until the end of October to get in on the action.

1. By participating in the giveaway, you agree to these legal terms. Non-compliance with any of the outlined terms and conditions will lead to the participant's exclusion from the draw. Participants wishing to make a purchase but prefer to opt-out of the promotion can email support@waterworksnz.co.nz to have their entry removed.2. Participation is open to all New Zealand residents aged 18 and older who have a Waterworks account. Employees of the promotion organisers and their relatives are not eligible to enter the draw.
3. To enter the draw, participants must possess a Waterworks Customer account and make a purchase of any value via the Waterworks Customer Portal.
4. Orders placed outside of the Waterworks Online Customer Portal—including but not limited to in-person, email, or phone orders—do not qualify for this promotion.
5. The promotion runs from Tuesday, October 1st, 2024, at 12:00 AM (NZST) until Thursday, October 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM (NZST).
6. The prize for the draw will be an experience valued up to $200. This prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Additionally, Waterworks reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value if the originally stated prize is unavailable.
7. The winner will be randomly selected by Waterworks from all eligible participants. They will be notified via email within the first 14 days of November 2024 via email, text, or phone call. If the promoter cannot contact the selected winner within 7 days of the initial attempt, an alternative winner will be randomly chosen immediately.
8. Waterworks retains the right to modify these legal terms at any time, including the cancellation or postponement of the draw due to unforeseen circumstances.
9. Waterworks is not liable for any damage, harm, or injury associated with participation in the draw and will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of the Promotional Prize, to the extent permitted by law.
